Holiday cottage 97 in Liptovský Mikuláš - Demänová is an ideal place for families with children and groups of friends. This stylish cottage situated on the edge of a park with century-old linden trees serves as an imaginary gateway to the sought-after Demänová Valley. Excellent accessibility is underlined by the fact that the ski bus and suburban transport (SAD) stop is only 80 meters from the property.

Comfortable accommodation with a family atmosphere. The cottage provides year-round accommodation with a total capacity for 9 people and has two separate entrances. The interior is designed so that you will not miss anything during your stay:

One cozy 2-bed bedroom equipped with a radio with a CD player (with the possibility of an extra bed for a smaller child).

Two spacious bedrooms, which in addition to comfortable beds and sofas also offer a warm atmosphere thanks to their own fireplace and satellite TV (one room with two beds and a sofa, the other with a double bed and two beds on the sofa).

Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, where you will find modern appliances: electric oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

A pleasant temperature throughout the property is provided by electric heating in combination with romantic fireplaces. Of course, there is free WiFi throughout the property.

The owner (2 people) lives on the floor of the house with a separate entrance, which preserves your full privacy.

Parking is safely provided directly in the courtyard of the cottage (capacity for 3 cars).

In summer, you will be enchanted by hiking and cycling in the Low Tatras, water sports on Liptovská Mare or a visit to the mysterious Demänovská Cave of Freedom (only 5 km). The nearby Tatralandia aquapark promises fun for the whole family. In winter, the cottage turns into a paradise for skiers - the top resort Jasná - Low Tatras is within easy reach (Zahrádky 8.5 km, Otupné 11 km) and thanks to the ski bus just outside the cottage, transportation to the slopes is completely carefree.
